Returns Are Easy
We want you to love your Bra Bridge. If you’re not 100% happy with the product or what it does for your look, just return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the product, we will refund the entire cost to your credit/debit card or PayPal account (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt.
When returning your Bra Bridge, just include a copy of your Packing Slip (enclosed in your package) or a paper including your original order number to allow us to properly identify your order in our system. This will help us efficiently process your return. Please mail your Returns to:
If the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of your original order. Just return the damaged or defective product and we will send you a new one. Please return the product to the address listed above but clearly identify that you want a "Replacement" on the Packing Slip or other enclosed paper.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Bra Bridge is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
